This website is informational. It does not require you to create an account, and it does not process payments.

If you send us an enquiry through the contact form, you choose to provide your name, mobile number, email address, the service you are interested in, and any message you write. If you contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever details you share in that conversation.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs of requests to the site, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. These are generated automatically by the infrastructure and are used for security and reliability.

We do not run advertising or marketing trackers on this site. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no cookies set by us for tracking or profiling.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use the details you give us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the advisory, analysis, training or software services you have asked for.

We may contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or messaging. We will not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests to the site and maintains the technical logs described above.

We use Google Drive to store our own business records and backups. Access is limited to files our own applications create; these applications cannot read the rest of our Google account, and no client data is made public through them.

Where client work involves broker or market data, that data is handled inside the relevant provider's own systems under their terms, and we access it only with the credentials and permissions the client has granted.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship follows, for as long as required to provide the service and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to regulated financial services in India. After that, we delete them or keep them in a form that does not identify you.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you have given. Write to karthikeyan@invest-insightspro.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to it and using encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell affected people if a breach occurs that is likely to put them at risk.

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
